The project implies business plan for automated parking construction with possible additional infrastructure as car wash, shopping centers, service station.
The economical necessity and practicability of automated parking construction caused by a problem of short-term motor transport custody in Kiev
as in the field of human flows, such as airports, railway stations, shopping centers, sports and entertainment complexes, banks, business centers, office buildings, and suburbs of Kyiv.

One of the lucrative ways to solve the transport problem in Kiev, besides developing the road network, is the establishment of organized parking, which will reduce the number of transport, parked at the roadsides and increase the capacity of highways and streets.
