Project's Objective: The construction of a shopping and office center in Podol area of Kyiv.
Brief Description:
The business plan was prepared for reconstruction of the existing bus station and the development of the shopping and office center on the site. Within the framework of the given project the FIM team has analyzed the expediency of the project's realization and developed a financial model for it.
