Project's Objective: Creation of a major international wholesale center for light industry products in a suburb of Kiev, analogues of which in Ukraine is not yet exists. The main idea of the wholesale centre is to unite all light industry market players in order to satisfy the needs of wholesale buyers.

Brief Description:
The uniqueness of this project is to maximize the use of the "synergy" effect through the use on commercial premises such as show-rooms, warehouses and offices. The development of the complex will allow the wholesale consumers of Kiev and other cities to save time on the procurement, and to tenants - to increase sales. Furthermore, it's planned to create an efficient and original infrastructure of wholesale, as well as to provide a range of services for operators of light industry market.

In the course of concept development the project team analyzed similar projects in Italy and Russia. As a result of market research, the master plan of the project was prepared by an architect bureau, as well as investment plan for the project's realization.
