Project's Objective: Preparation of a feasibility study for an investment project of shopping, office and warehouse complex in a suburb of Kiev, in the region of Chayki village, Kiev-Svyatoshinskiy district.
Brief Description:
The peculiarity of the project is the concentration of different types of commercial space that will allow prospective tenants to place their office, warehouse, commercial and exhibition areas in the same place.
Structurally complex will be organized in a way, which will ensure its tenants and clients a full range of amenities for business, trade and products storage, namely:
• Warm Class A warehouses
• Refrigerating Class A warehouses
• Offices of Class B and C
• Retail and exhibition space (showrooms)
• Meeting rooms and conference halls
• Food zones
